Shame on you and your dirty mind!
Now that I’ve got your attention, I thought I’d share a recipe with you that I made for a friend yesterday.
I simply adore quiche. My mom made it a lot, and I also have a distinct memory of being at someone’s house as a kid where tuna quiche was served and somehow it tasted like goodness to me. I may have grown out of that, but I’m still thinking building a tuna melt quiche with swiss cheese and some caraway in the crust to mimic rye bread. Hmmm…things to think about.
Anywho, I made a quiche for a friend yesterday and honored some food sensitivities. I sure as hell wish I had gotten a picture, but I did not. I did jot down the recipe to share, though.
Not for nothing, but this would be hella good for an Easter brunch or as a dumping ground for Easter leftovers! Put all that ham up in here! You can vary your cheeses and your fillings, but I love that this is crustless. Frittata meets quiche—Quichetata.
Enjoy, my loves! I hope the sun is shining on you!
